i was prescribed oxycodone 5ml recently for my chronic pain. after taking one i experienced stomach pain radiating into chest and back. is this normal?

Could be: opioids like Oxycodone act on the gut, and can cause constipation, nausea, cramps.  Abdominal pain with radiation isn't common from one dose.  Could happen.  If it persists, get checked out.  I'm not a big fan of oxycodone for chronic pain, but it can be safe if used properly.  Chronic pain is best treated in a structured program that includes physical and behavioral therapies with medical care.

STI eval: Don't know which Sexual transmitted infection your partner has. Would recommend that you undergo a STD evaluation. The abdominal pain may or may not be related.

Normal recovery: Drink tea, sip it all day long. Nap and rest. Avoid eating, except small amounts until you are passing gas rectally. Okay to go for walk. Call if you develop a fever or worsening abdominal pain. Be well.

every two days i get stomach pain on lower left side for a week and a half. my gp examined my stomach but he said its nothing. is it diverticulitis??

Could be other : also such as gas, kidney stone, hernia , IBS. To get a ct scan of the abdomen would not be a bed idea at least for a peace of mind.

my stomach hurts its not my time of the month so its not cramping its just normal stomach pain. what should i take for it are there any drug store medicines i can take?

: There are many reasons for stomach pain. Try general measures like eating fresh food, avoid constipation local heat and do light exercise. If not better in a few days see your MD for no Rx can be prescribed without a good evaluation.

hi. i have had stomach pain two days in a row.   it is  in the middle and sore. the pain feels like when you sore from working out.  i did a ardens garden cleanse.  i am not sure if this is related.  ?

Abdominal pain.: It may be related to cleanse but I am not familiar with that particular product. I would be cautious with cleanses because some work very aggressively which can lead to significant side effectss.

Reflux: Bleeding gastritis or inflamed lower esophagus could account for these things.

Increased billirubin: the bilirubin and especially the conjugated billirubin is elevated in certian conditions of liver and gall bladder area, like gall stones and stones in the common bile duct( the pipe the connect liver to intestine). it could also be caused in certain types of hepatitis.
you should start with a liver and gall bladder ultrasound and if they are abnormal seeking a gastrointestinal or surgical consult

Yes: It is usually better tolerated on a full stomach but it is not a requirement.

Many possibilities: There are so many different diseases that cause abdominal pain that it would be impossible to speculate on the cause of yours with such limited information.  Any abdominal pain that is persistent, recurrent, or severe warrants medical evaluation, at the very least, by your primary care physician, or, by an er physician, if severe.  Sorry i couldn't help more.
