Probably not: Most of the people giving you advice here are physicians and probably are not taking opiate pain medications on a regular basis.

Oxycodone: Generally, oxycodone will be not be detected in urine that is collected 8 days after the last dose.

Get help: Why in god's name would you want to do this, other than being "hooked" on the concept.  You are in a great deal of trouble, clearly more than you know, with both the Oxycontin and the concept that smoking things gets them into you faster.  Ibuprofen is absorbed within 10 minutes of ingestion, and doesn't get anybody high. Please seek help.

i took 80mg of oxycontin at 8pm last night. when can i switch back to subutex the oxys make me sick! so i'm just gonna go back to the subutex.

Awhile: You need to be in some degree of withdrawal before you resume the subutex. Not waiting could result in acute withdrawal symptoms that are pretty severe. Generally, you have to be having stomach cramps, sweating, tearing of the eyes, runny nose, heart racing to be considered to be in withdrawal. You should not be switching back and forth between the two. Decide on which one you will use.

Combo vs single med.: Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) is a combo inhaler made up of two medicines: Budesonide (steroid) and formoterol (long acting beta-agnoist). Oxis is branded medicine formoterol by itself. So, basically oxis + Budesonide = advair. Oxis is rarely used by itself these days. If you have asthma or COPD and having trouble, consult doc. Good luck.

Narcanon: He's clearly very addicted if he's graduated to smoking. He's risking lung damage from the smoking. If he starts injecting he's at risk for infections including HIV and hep c. You should consider going to Narcanon to help you deal with your reaction to his addiction

They are all similar: You  are in an unfortunate position, 19 and already on major, major opiates. Opiates only take the edge off. They do not relieve pain completely. They are just one tool in helping you make pain more manageable.  Some days they work well enough, and some days you wonder why you bother taking them.  Once  these facts make sense, it will be easier to develop more tools for managing your pain.

Acne: You can also try Differin (adapalene) gel. Differin is a retinoid used to treat acne.  If lesions persist you may want to follow up with your doctor or a dermatologist.
