Depends: Many people make innumerable tiny crystals that continually pass out in the urine.  If they stick together, the conglomerate becomes a kidney or ureteral stone.  If it isn't too large (generally up to 5mm), it may pass with urine.  If it does not, or if it is large, a procedure may be necessary.  Stone formers are best served by preventing more stones by hydration +/- medication.

Cooked is healthy: Spinach does contain lots of oxalates but only possible negative effect is that it interferes with calcium absorption from the bowel. Thus would not consume raw spinach every day, but 3x/week or less should be fine. Cooked spinach can be eaten evry day ; is good 4u. Oxalate will not hurt your organs like glass. Your source is unreliable.

Here's...: Incidentally seeing few calcium oxalate crystals in routine urinalysis isn't uncommon at all, largely this is considered as unremarkable with no clinical importance as long as being free from stone passage. So, it is a good practice always referring to individual medical background before jumping into the pit of unnecessary worry and anxiety. More? Ask a doctor.

my rdw is 11.5 but should be 11.7-15.4
my a/g ratio is 2.3 but should be 1.2-2.2.
my urine showed calcium oxalate crystals.

See below: Aall tests have a margin of error - meaning that if you repeated the tests , you might get a slightly different results - all your numbers are close to the normal results in the lab you used - If you are concerned discuss this with your doctor(you do not mention amount of calcium oxalate crystals) - crystals can occur with kidney stones, but also dyhydration -so again discuss with your doc-

i have calcium oxalate crystals frequently in my urine. my urinalysis today was normal but cloudy. i could see sediment/white floating stuff in there. is that normal? will they check for crystals if the ua is normal?

UA: A UA would not show crystals, but if they run  a microscopic analysis then this would be seen.  Did the cloudy urine show any sign signs of infection? I would ask for a repeat with microscopy.

: Calcium oxalate crystals can occur in normal urine too. WBC in urine can occur in infection and improper collection of urine. If you are asymptomatic I would suggest repeat urine test with a clean catch mid stream specimen after you clean the urinary area with soap and water. Technique- clean area , separate labia start urination, catch the portion in the middle of voiding in a sterile container

Normal urinalysis: All these findings are normal in urine, especially if it was not a good "clean catch" specimen. Nothing to worry about, in particular no evidence of infection.

Sounds normal: All these are common and normal. Your urine is quite concentrated, probably due to limited fluid intake before it was collected; this probably explains the trace protein, which is the only thing mentioned that might be considered slightly abnormal. Discuss with your doctor, but I see no cause for worry.

if food-derived oxalate is broken down in the gut, how does it end up spread around the body as oxalate deposits and form ca-oxalate crystals in the kidneys? i thought it forms from acids, such as oxalic acid and ascorbic acid?

:   Oxalates are formed from oxalic acid and then gut gets rid of it and can also absorb it back depending on various factors. So oxalate can be absorbed into the circulation and move around in the body including the kidney combine with ca. to form stone.
