Crack &amp; Alcohol: Please get to your doctor now.  After that please get into a treatment facility for drugs &amp; alcohol.  At least join a 12 step group.  You need support to get free of this lifestyle that will certainly negatively impact your health, relationships, job, etc.  You can do it.  Peace and good health.

: It depends on the type of virus and your immune system. There is no time within it stays or goes away. Beer has no bearing on it

Have one drink a day: Unless you are on certain meds or have diabetes or liver disease , one alcoholic drink a day is allowed and is recommended for cardiovascular disease prevention.

Probably not: If you aren't drinking more than a bottle a day and aren't taking any medicines that would be affected by the beer drinking and don't have a health condition that would make you need to avoid alcohol, then it is probably not a worry to drink a beer a day.  In that case, the biggest potential risk to you might be some weight gain.  A beer a day could give you some unnecessary calories.

i used a small amount of cocaine after drinking a lot of alcohol, im concerned if it can still affect my heart since it can still be in my system. its been about 18 hours since use. never again, taking a good long break from drinking as well?

: It will gradually leave your system and one time use does not damage the heart. Not taking it in the future is a great choice, Excess of anything is bad including alcohol. Suggest stay away from all opiods as they are addictive.

Your thinking of taking"30-40mg of Zolpiderm" seems to indicate your desperation  when maximum dose is 10mg.
