strong ovulation pains on left side, twice in one month (one week apart.) both with ewcm and positive opk. spotted in between. neg hpk. any ideas?

More info needed: Ovulation predictor kits were positive for the same ovulatory event. Whenever someone has left lower abdominal pain, my first thought is constipation. Is this an issue?  Not sure why you had spotting. There are a number of reasons for spotting. Hope this helps.

ovulation test been positive for 2 days now, had intercourse both days as well, but having left side pain, what is that? can i still get pregnant?

Possibly ovulation: Some women can get pain around the time of ovulation at times.  Usually it only lasts a day or so.
Pain won't prevent you from getting pregnant.

Stomach pains: This is more likely to be pain related to your intestines and a build of of gas that causes a sharp intermittent pain. This can at times be severe enough to cause a "doubling over" type of pain. If it is consistent or associated with other symptoms, it should be evaluated.

in 2013 i had a my right tub removed and last week had my left tub removed and and endometrial ablation. never felt ovulation before but i think im feeling it now. does this happen after both tubs are removed?

: Ovulation is not related to tubes being removed.Removal is not common. Do you mean ligated?? or tied as they may say in Tx.  Your Body is talking to you.
Listen and take good notes. 
Like when does it start/stop? 
Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?

Tubal pregnancy?: Although it would be very early, you could be pregnant; but this pain might be a signal of trouble. Breast enlargement and tenderness suggest pregnancy. It's probably time to take a pregnancy test to see. If it's negative, wait a week and repeat the test. If the pain worsens, then you may need to see your fp and order blood testing and an ultrasound to confirm there's no trouble.

Your question: I know there's a question in there somewhat but I can't find it!  If you're asking if you could have conceived, the answer is possibly.  Sperm can live for 72 + hours in the woman's reproductive tract, so, if you had protected sex on 1/1/15, and you ovulated between 1/1 &amp; 1/4, you could have conceived.    Check a HPT after 1/14 if you're concerned.

both breast slightly sore/tender since yesterday. i am still 20 days away from my period. im ovulating now. what is causing this soreness? for your info, i have 3 fibroids on left and 2 fibroids on right breast. all smaller than 8mm?

: Many women experience breast tenderness in the latter half of their cycle (after ovulation), and this is not an indicator of a significant problem. You do seem to be describing fibrocystic breasts, which are also associated with breast tenderness. Incidentally, your period should come 14 days after ovulation so I would expect your next period to come sooner than you expect.

Possibly: Ovulating involves rupture of a small ovaarian cyst which liberates the ovum (egg). This can be associated with pain.

See your doctor : While it may be true that some women can feel when they are ovulating, both of the ovaries are sensitive and respond to the hormones released around ovulation. If this pain persists, see your doctor. There could be other causes for your pain that is not related to your cycle.

Ovulatory pain: Can be caused by release of fluid and or blood with the egg that is released into the pelvic cavity and sensed as pain in the midline or opposite side. It should subside in 24-48 hours.
