Middleschmertz ( sp?: It is the pain of ovulation( not pregnancy), and lasts just a part of 1 day.Of course, you can get pregnant after you ovulate.

Yes: Ovulation pain is not a reason to avoid attempting pregnancy. On a practical note, if the pain is severe, then by all means skip the day. Best wishes.

Most likely.: Many women can tell they are ovulating because they have some pain, and there is often a reset of your cycles after a pregnancy, so this is a very reasonable time for such symptoms to appear even if this is not something you previously experienced. A transvaginal ultrasound would generally confirm that there is nothing else of concern.

Probably not :-(: Sperm live in the cervical  "crypts" for 48 to 96 hours and are continuously shed into the uterine cavity to the fallopian tubes. "relations" that far from ovularion is pretty unlikely.

They are similar: but I think you're asking why is your LH still positive on OPK.  It stays positive for many days, that doesn't mean you're still about to ovulate.  Ovulation typically occurs 24 to 36 hours after the first LH positive on OPK.  positive OPK is not an early indicator of pregnancy.  I hope I'm answering your question.
