Accepted Answer

OPKs: These just measure urinary leutinizing hormone.  Take the number of days from start of one period to start of next and divide in half and count from day one of your period and start checking your OPKs 2-3 days before that day.  Once you have a positive, you are likely ovulating in 24 hours.  Save the left over kits for the next cycle.

Trying to conceive: If you are are trying to conceive and have done the preliminary testing you can, i would recommend getting more information by having some blood testing for your day 2/3 fsh, estradiol, TSH and prolactin levels. Your partner should have a semen analysis done as well to find out if there are factors affecting your chance for success. If all is okay, you may need little or no help to conceive.

at the time of ovulation & fertility of female, what are the care should she can take..? for example- while walking, jumping or running in morning..

No need to change: The eggs are microscopic and ovulation release them into relatively tight fallopian tubes and transported by cilliary movement to  an also tight space in the uterus. Usual exercises/movement of the body should not significantly impact this process. As result, you do not need to change your usual routine of exercise, unless excessive as in olympic training etc..Consult doc. Good luck.

14 days before: Ovulation occurs consistently about 14 days before your next cycle. If you know how many days there are from the first day of the bleeding to the next during your normal cycle just subtract 14 days. This allows you to predict when you should be ovulating.

Ovulation =&gt; period: If you ovulated you will start a period, roughly 14 days afterward would be normal.

Most do : The majority of women can not accurately predict ovulation. Millions of women find themselves pregnant for this reason. Cervical mucus monitoring is not reliable.

Yes it can;: Having unprotected sex during this time (and at other times) can result in pregnancy. It can also result in a sexually transmitted infection.  Please get checked for an infection ASAP, you can check a pregnancy test 3 weeks after last intercourse to see if you may be pregnant.  When you see your doc, discuss safe sex methods.

Yes: remember BBT is useful, but quite inexact. There are 100 reasons a BBT can rise or fluctuate, including just the room temperature. Good luck!

Certainly: Many women feel small pains around ovulation, before-during-or after - its called mittleschmerz. There are some abnormal causes of pain around ovulation but most often it's normal.

Accepted Answer

Return to normal: There is a slight rise in temperature around ovulation due to Progesterone production by the ovary. After that the temperature returns to the normal baseline level.
