No need to change: The eggs are microscopic and ovulation release them into relatively tight fallopian tubes and transported by cilliary movement to an also tight space in the uterus. Usual exercises/movement of the body should not significantly impact this process. As result, you do not need to change your usual routine of exercise, unless excessive as in olympic training etc..Consult doc. Good luck.
