See a dr. asap: Your symptoms can possibly be caused by a number of factors.  You may need a thorough history, exam and some type of daily diary (noting food/beverage intake, activities, pain, meds, supplements, etc.)

Blood sugar: Possible.   One quick way to tell - don't eat any refined carbs (bread, regular potatoes, etc.) for dinner.   At bedtime, have a snack of some celery and peanut butter.  The peanut butter "burns slowly" in your body.   If you feel better in the A.M. - that was it!  you should also have a fasting Insulin checked in the A.M. To see if you are "hyperinsulinemic."  that could mimic what you describe.

: You may be dehydrated. Drink enough water, dally,  so that your urine is mostly colorless. Go for a long walk in fresh air.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Celexa (citalopram): See your doctor to change the dosing of your celexa (citalopram).Your present dosing may be too strong

Sleep: Yes. Too much sleep can cause those symptoms. Sometimes it can be be a sign of sleep apnea as well. If it goes on for awhile see our doctor for a good check up

Regulate schedule : work on regulating your sleep schedule. Rise at the same time and sleep at the same time. Limit naps to 20 minutes.  You can take a non steroid antiinflammatory as needed for a daytime headache, just keep in mind that rebound headaches can occur with this if used chronically!

i always had headache after sleeping too much on the weekend. and also during sleep i always grind my teeth. is it normal?

Common, not normal: Grinding is very common, however it is not a good process.  Your jaw wants teeth to come together evenly at a specific distance apart.  When that does not happen is when people clench or grind.  This action can fatigue the muscles and cause headaches.  A custom nightguard can help because it resets the bite and distance.  Otc nightguards are too thin and rarely fit well to help.
