See your doctor: We visited there last month, before the mosquito population was a problem. Too many issues to consider on the net, including potential exposure to malaria, hepatitis A, water borne illness, plus respiratory illnesses from the long plane ride.Good luck

Head CT: Please take him to the Emergency room. He may need a Head CT to rule out a stroke or other nervous system disorder. 
Prednisone may be indicated.

Viral infection: It has nothing to do with watching tv in bed.  The problem is likely from a viral infection.  It is important to keep him hydrated if his is vomiting. See your doctor if these symptoms last longer than a couple of day s or are getting worse.

Headaches...: A headache can be caused by many things.  Fever, sinus pressure and eye fatigue are just a few of the "benign" causes of a fever.  This short question format isn't the best venue to get an answer.  You should have your son seen by a pediatrician if the complaints continue.  If this is a one time complaint, treat with otc pain med and f/u if not better (for a full exam and to determine cause).

Some people temporarily try Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin Migraine, or their generic brands for some relief. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent or weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms must be examined.

Many possibilities: One of the most common causes of headache in the occipital area (back of head) is tension, with muscles taut in neck pulling on muscles in back of head, but this often then extends to the lateral areas above the ears and then to the frontal area. There are many causes for headaches and if this becomes severe, frequent or persistent it would be a good idea to see a doctor and be evaluated.
