Yes: If you have Insulin resistance or even diabetes metformin is fine to take.  Some people have lost weight on metformin, perhaps due to GI side effects.  I haven't heard that it can interfere with diet pills but those can be dangerous on their own.

None available  OTC: Currently there isn't any medicine specifically for crohn's disease is available otc. Tylenol (acetaminophen) etc..Can be used for mild pain etc..But nothing to treat the disease itself. You must see a doc, often gastroenterologist, to get these types of medications. It is difficult illness to treat, but can be controlled if relatively mild etc...

New onset anorexia?: Appetite is a complex process mediated by the brain, emotions, metabolic needs, health of the gut &amp; surrounding organs. Lack of weight loss would be good news here. I recommend a visit to your doctor to discuss the circumstances that preceded your anorexia &amp; that may contribute to its persistence. Simple testing is much more appropriate than delaying appropriate treatment with ?futile OTC agents.

Not a drug: No drug will prevent feeling guilty for eating.  This symptom could mean you have an eating disorder, which requires serious treatment with psychotherapy.  Some medications can help accompanying features like depression and anxiety, if needed.  But the focus of treatment is in talk and behavioral therapy.  Please see a therapist or psychiatrist for an evaluation of your needs.

Antiseptics: This is rather chronic, superficial skin infections often occuring in the skin folds areas. Topical antiseptics such as peroxide/manganate, rubbing alcohol (burns quite a bit), or not commonly thought of is hand-sanitizer. Benzoyl peroxide cream may help. It is important to keep dry/clean. May need topical antibotic script from doc and oral meds needed for severe cases. Good luck.
