: I firmly believe that any prescription and nonprescription medications should be ok'd by your obstetrician.  Entering your third trimester you should ingest about 2400 calories of nutritious foods like eggs,dairy products, lean meats,salmon,leafy veggies, berries and drink sufficient water

Pretty good: Modern tests for home use are mostly reliable 11-12 days after ovulation. For women with irregular cycles they are not unreliable, but harder to predict when to do teh test.

No: The over the counter pregnancy tests are just as accurate whether you have an iud in or not. Chance of pregnancy is low if you have an iud.

Not over-the-counter: About 15% of pregnancies naturally miscarry, which is about 1 out of every 7 pregnancies. If a woman wants to "get rid" of her baby fetus, for whatever reason, that's called an elective or therapeutic abortion. In the US, women are free to ask their Ob-Gyn doctors about the available options. A local public women's clinic may be able to help, as "getting rid" of a baby fetus is a major decision.

: With the medications listed, no effect will be transmitted in the "1-2 week gestational period" described,  but check with your OB physician for guidance on continued use of these medications and/or others during pregnancy.

Yes: The blood test is more sensitive than the otc urine test, so it will be positive before the urine test may turn positive.

BV: IF this smells like 'fish' or locker room odor - then BV - and should be treated - as BV can theoretically cause preterm labor
