Not fungal: Heat rash is not a fungal infection and is best treated with cool soothing oatmeal baths and applying corn starch powder before exercising or going out in the heat. You could if needed apply Chlohexidine  2% to 4% to the affected area for 15 seconds and rinse, avoiding eye contact

I am not sure: I know the pharmacists is telling you the truth because the knowledge with topical treatment is not as with knowing that taking fluconazole increases chances of spontaneous abortion if taken during pregnancy. It does not mean you could not use something topical and be fine. Boric acid, vinegar and benzoyl peroxides are options. I gather boric acid is not safe in pregnancy.

Yes: If you have Insulin resistance or even diabetes metformin is fine to take.  Some people have lost weight on metformin, perhaps due to GI side effects.  I haven't heard that it can interfere with diet pills but those can be dangerous on their own.

Perhaps: The cough suppressant in Mucinex (guaifenesin) dm is dextromethorfan.  It is ralatively mild cough suppressant and ofter combined with an anti-histamine.  I'm not sure what other cough medicine you want to use.  Codeine often works better and is available by prescription.  If the cough is persistant you probably should see your physician.

None available  OTC: Currently there isn't any medicine specifically for crohn's disease is available otc. Tylenol (acetaminophen) etc..Can be used for mild pain etc..But nothing to treat the disease itself. You must see a doc, often gastroenterologist, to get these types of medications. It is difficult illness to treat, but can be controlled if relatively mild etc...
