The size and type of ovarian cyst will be important. Ask for clarification on the complex hypo echoic area in the uterus. It sounds like they are describing a fibroid but you will need to confirm this with your doctor.

Depends on the symptoms which vary  for different patients.  In some cases no symptoms, others have absent menses, male hormone sx's such as acne, hair growth, severe weight problems, diabetes, hypertension, mood disturbances etc.  There are many different kinds of PCOS and the best treatment depends on the individual hormone situation.  Just decreased my rates, for detailed attention!

Hemochromatosis: I'm not sure how you got the diagnosis of hemochromatosis without testing.  Physicians would suspect the patient of having hemochromatosis based on labs (elevated liver associated tests or iron overload (% saturation &gt; 45%)) or symptoms.  Initial test  would be iron panel.  If this is confirmed of possible iron overload, then genetic testing.

Pregnancy: It may or may not be related to your ovary.  However, mild discomfort is not uncommon during pregnancy.  If you develop marked discomfort or bleeding I would seek medical care. Congratulations.

More info needed: It would be helpful to know your age.  A 27cm ovarian cyst has a low chance of being cancer in a young women in her 20s; however, in an women in her 60s it would be very worrisome for cancer.  No matter what your age, you should have it surgically removed.  You might consider seeing a Gyn Oncologist for this surgery as they are the most qualified to perform the surgery on ovarian cancers.

Ans: You still have the right ovary for perimenapausal symptoms try the essential oil peppermint on your wrist. Does in some cases relieve the hot flashes. Otherwise there are medications that can be tried. Not the best efficacy though
