Yes: Am general internist, but ovarian cysts are almost always benign and may go away on their own, and also may relate to the menstrual cycle. This generally should not affect fertility.  If the problem is polycystic ovaries, many of them, that is more significant.  Whatever the issue is, the gynecologist or family practitioner will need to make a diagnosis by exam, ultrasound, etc. And them advise.

No: This would be unlikely.  Ovarian cysts are their own thing. One caveat, some women with severe endometriosis (uterine tissue that is not in the uterus but still cycles and bleeds each month) can have tissue in the rectum that bleeds too.  That is not something to guess about though.  You may need a colonoscopy to sort this out.  Don't wait to go in and get checked by your doctor.

No: Although some cysts can be associated with lack of ovulation, which can cause skipped periods, it should never be considered normal unless/until evaluated by your doctor.

You would: Need donor eggs and a lot of hormone management if she wanted to carry baby.  Long and expensive.  May consider a surrogate, but, unless u get a better answer, retrieval of eggs from your wife's ovary is not gonna happen because they were destroyed with the chemo.  They make the hormones, thus the menopause.  Gd luc! don't give up on being a parent, many options available.

Yes: There are medications that work on the pituitary gland to release hormones needed to stimulate ovulation as well as those that may help regulate your cycle.  Discuss with your GYN to start.

Depends: It depends on the type and size of your cyst. You should see an ob-gyn doctor to ensure that your cyst is benign and not enlarged enough to affect a growing uterus or itself.

Ovarina reserve : Ovarian reserve refers to the potential of a woman's ovaries to release mature eggs at her age.  This directly relates to the chance to become pregnant.  Those women will lower ovarian reserve have less of a chance to conceive either naturally or by ivf.

Not sure: Not sure what you mean but premature ovarian failure and be diagnosed with hormone levels and sometimes antibodies against the ovaries can give a clue but if you are looking to see how many follicles or eggs are present that is something to discuss with and ob-gyn.
