Yes: Am general internist, but ovarian cysts are almost always benign and may go away on their own, and also may relate to the menstrual cycle. This generally should not affect fertility. If the problem is polycystic ovaries, many of them, that is more significant. Whatever the issue is, the gynecologist or family practitioner will need to make a diagnosis by exam, ultrasound, etc. And them advise.
