No...: Regular aerobic exercise should not cause problems with ovarian cysts. Complications with ovarian cysts are most likely associated with the type of cyst you have and the anatomy or abnormality of the organs surrounding it.

See a doctor: Ovarian cysts can cause pain. With your age and if sexually active, pregnancy should be excluded, including ectopic pregnancy or a pregnancy outside of the uterus. Consult with your doctor as soon as possible.

See your ob/gyn: It sounds like your symptoms have reached a level where you are having difficulty in functioning.  It appears time for treatment.  The person to do this is an ob/gyn who will need to image your ovaires, see the extent of the problem and then decide to treat with medication, surgery or both.  See an ob/gyn soon!

Endometriosis?: What you are describing sounds like endometriosis, which is where the inner lining of the uterus grows outside of the organ, often implanting on the abdominal wall and other organs. It causes pelvic and abdominal pain, often waxing and waning with your monthly cycle. Definitely worth seeing your ob/gyn for this.

i have a really strong pee smelling discharge.i thought it could be from a std but i got checked and the test was negative. is it my 19cm ovariancyst?

Foul urinary dischar: It is not from your ovarian cyst, but you want to be sure to check the urine if it was not tested for infection with
bacteria as well. This could be a urinary infection, but also could just be a nonspecific vaginal /urinary vaginosis for which a GYN MD can treat in person if it persists. You may not have fever with this symptom. It would be good to check with GYN MD for this and the 
large cyst.

docs say mri look like ovariancyst scheduled ultrasound. pic of mri is on my profile pic. is it the big white thing by tailbone? is fibroid possible?

Fibroid: Can't see picture well, but a fibroid is usually dark signal, not bright.  Cystic structures are bright signal on T2 weighted images, so that big white thing may indeed be a cyst.  Ovaries are potentially mobile, so could extend behind the uterus as well.  US is the appropriate next test, as your doc has already scheduled.

have irregular cycles n ovariancyst want to get pregnant my obgyn put me on bcp for 3 mos then i will be taking clomid, (clomiphene) do i have to do bcp for 3 mos?

Cycle with Clomid (clomiphene): You don't have to but most likely it would help to resolve the cyst, help your uterus to bleed uniformly and help you to ovulate better with the Clomid (clomiphene). In addition, Clomid (clomiphene) can cause the ovary with the cyst to get much bigger and increase your risk of you forming "mega" ovary that can be serious enough to require surgery. The pill idea is a win win situation.

Common: A  functional ovarian cyst is a simple cyst that is normal development  from ovulation. In most cases it resolves on it's on and doesn't create any problems.

ultrasound found 9mm calcification on right ovary. left ovary was polycystic. i have painful periods, bloating, ovary pain. ovarian cancer? treatment?

Accepted Answer

Depends on: size of mass and cysts and other findings.  Painful menses and bloating are probably not related to these findings.  Get an opinion from a gyn regarding need for further evaluation of these findings.
