Endometriosis?: What you are describing sounds like endometriosis, which is where the inner lining of the uterus grows outside of the organ, often implanting on the abdominal wall and other organs. It causes pelvic and abdominal pain, often waxing and waning with your monthly cycle. Definitely worth seeing your ob/gyn for this.
