Sex cord-stromal tumor comprise 8% of ovarian tumors and include granulosa cell, and sertoli leydig cell tumor.  Germ cell tumors, like teratoma make up another 30%.  Mixed tumors are another type.

There are analgesics for pain that your doctor can order, but if the tumor has spread to other organs or bone, the choices become more complex. It is best to consult with your gynecologist/ oncologist and discuss specific pain palliation for your specific set of circumstances.

You caan not feel th: Ovarian cancers are not palpable untill they are far advanced and start producing ascites(fluid build up) in the belly which will produce swelling of the abdomen. This will show up more on standing up than in lying down position.

Borderline cancer: It is considered cancer, but is exactly borderline meaning it has some cellular features of overtly or typical ovarian cancer, but not all.  It therefore also tends to behave much less aggressivley.  It is often "cured" with removal of the ovary and most often a hysterectomy is recommended.  Consultation with a gynecologist or gynecologic oncologist would be recommended to fully counsel a patient.
