: Menstrual cramps along with tender breasts at "premenstrual times" can occur normally, and may be due to more ovarian cysts on one side, but this sort of discomfort can be alleviated by using low dose oral bcp's.  Ask your gyn provider about this.

Yes: But unlikely.  There is a certain type of ovarian cyst that causes overproduction of estrogen and that could cause breast pain, though those cysts are unlikely.  It's more likely that the 2 are unrelated.  I don't see your age, so it's difficult to say why you're having breast pain, but most common is due to hormonal reasons, typically cyclical.  If you feel a mass, go to doctor right away.

The pain and sore breasts could also be attributed to "normal" variations in your cycle. The fever and bruising should be worked up by your PCP. From a Gyn standpoint, these seem like common findings, but should be talked about with your doctors.

Ovarian cyst ?: If your cycles are regular, and "two days late" is unusual, but the "mild cramps and breast pain" may just be an oncoming period. Obtain a serum HCG pregnancy test (accurate) if no period in the next few days.
