Yes: but unless the radiologist reading the film as asked to turn his/her attention to a specific organ yoy cannot "count on" the test" picking up"everything  in your abdominal cavity!  What are you concerned about?

i have a complex ovarian cyst with septations and debris about 14ml in volume. it was 7ml 3 months ago. it's now pressing against my colon. treatment?

Talk to your GYN: Your personal GYN can best answer for your specific case, but generally if the cyst is enlarging and causing symptoms by pressing against your colon it may be best treated surgically.  See link for more information on ovarian cysts.

Timing: Ovarian pain is usually almost constant and sharp.  Colon pain is sporatic and crampy.  Usually it is accompanied by loose stools, or long stringy stools or rounded small stools.  Also could have constipation.
Ovarian cysts also cause pain with intercourse or with excercise.  Hope this info helps!

Choice of words: The descending colon is basically a bag/tube where feces is stored. When you poop it empties &amp; the walls fold in on themselves until more poop moves in. The ovaries occasionally form hemorrhagic cysts. It is not particularly notable or in need of any treatment. Without more information about why a study was done, little can be said.

Possibly: Intermittent obstruction of the bowel by an adhesion, internal hernia, or intussusception. Figuring this out can be hard and there is no guarantee the cause will ever be found. You have to decide whether this is an issue worth pursuing. If so, a ct scan when you are having the pain may be useful.

It's possible: Not all cramping is due to endometriosis, which is the most common cause for pelvic pain and infertility at times, for the reproductive age women. All reproductive age women will have cysts on ovaries and they should; it's normal since one of these cysts will rupture to release an egg each month (ovulation). Only post-menopausal women or young children will have no cysts. Please see your doctor.

i have an ovarian cyst, when i have a bowel movement i suffer extreme anguish on the side where the cyst is. what is happening to me i also miscarry?

Usually resolve: It is normal for a small cyst to develop on the ovaries from time to time. Ovarian cysts are quite common in women during their reproductive years and may be a single cyst or many cysts. Most cysts are benign and only require monitoring.  Most are cysts which develops from tissue that changes in the normal process of ovulation.   If you pain is severe then an evaluation is needed

i went to the er where i was diagnosed with colitis and an ovarian cyst on the right side. i do not have frequent bowel movement but pain is awful. ?

Colitis: I assume the diagnosis of colitis was made after a CT scan was done to make the diagnosis of your pain. However it does not sound like you have symtoms of colitis, which is diarrhea.
 So the imaging study that showed colitis is likely an incidental finding mimicing the radiographic characteristics of colitis
