Chronic Pelvic Pain: If chronic, usually is part of the pain syndrome in the title. Need to eliminate structural lumbar abnormalities. Diagnostic work-up usually unremarkable.

Expansion pressure: As the ovarian cyst expands, pressure is applied to the pelvis creating pelvic pain. The enlarged ovary is like a "tether" ball on a string(ligament) swinging back and forth in the pelvis as well. Pain is a sign that something in your body is "amiss" and needs evaluation.

Unlikely: 1mm ovarian cysts are tiny and smaller than the usual follicular ovarian cyst which rupture to free the ovum released during ovulation.

Frequency etc: Your symptoms sound more like a bladder infection. Go to urgent care to have a urinalysis.

Endo may be back: My overall concern would be for the recurrence of the endometriosis.  Also, would want to make sure your IUD has not migrated.  This is a start in the evaluation of your symptoms that I would recommend.

Yes: Many women feel small pains around ovulation, before-during-or after - its called mittleschmerz. There are abnormal causes of pain around ovulation but most often it's normal. Abnormal cysts, tumors, ruptured cysts, torsion are all also causes of pain. If  you feel the pain is significant, calling your doctor would be a good idea. Good wishes.

was told i have 6centi ovarian cyst. on/off pelvic pain, main concern is severe nausea for 5 days and diarrhea for 2 days. is that really from cyst?

Maybe: Large ovarian cysts can cause the ovary to twist off its own blood supply  This is called torsion.  This can give you pain, nausea and vomiting.  However, gastroenteritis can give you all the same symptoms.  Sometimes it is difficult to know for sure what is causing the symptoms.   Ultrasound with color-flow can help to rule out torsion.  Gastroenteritis usually resolves on its own.  Best wishes!
