No. Other causes: An ovarian cyst may form naturally as part of a functioning menstrual cycle. If it leaks/ruptures, cyst fluid is released into the pelvic cavity. No ovarian cyst causes leakage from the vagina. Discharge from the vagina could be caused by a variety of things. Some are infections, others are bacterial overgrowth (Bacterial Vaginosis). Vaginal douching is not recommended. Seek an MD visit for exam.

May not be related: When an ovarian cyst ruptures, the fluid that comes out of the cyst is generally straw-colored or clear fluid. That fluid is inside your belly & doesn't come out of your vagina as a discharge. 
If you are having discharge, that may be an entirely separate issue. If you are having discharge that has a bad odor; is causing itching, burning or irritation, i suggest you have your gyn take a look at it.

Depends: Ovarian cysts are fluid filled sacs close to the ovaries.  Some contain watery fluid while others can contain blood/debris.  Most small cysts disappear within a short period of time; however, the larger the cyst, the more likely it is to persist and potentially cause problems.  You should be evaluated by your doctor, who can perform an ultrasound to better counsel you based on its appearance.

Possibly: An ovarian cyst can hurt a lot especially if it is leaking and hormonal changes can cause a discharge. However, anytime you are in severe pain you need to be seen to be certain that nothing serious is the matter. Call your doctor or go to the ER now.

Ovulation possible.: Clear and milky vaginal discharge may or may not  be normal. Could  be ovulation pain and a change in the cervical mucus. If unresolved in 2 days, could be  vaginitis and should see a gyn doctor.

Tricky: with http://www.nerdpocalypse.net/PCOS.html polycystic disease, certainly irregular periods are common. a pregnancy test would be indicated by a missed period. then resuming pills.

See MD: A complex mass at any time is concerning-but more so after menopause.  It may have been there for years and be totally benign, but most mds will be worried about a complex mass.  A ca125 and he4 test can help decide whether to go to surgery now or closely watching with follow up ultrasound.  If it is more than 5 cm or there are other worrisome looking signs on ultrasound, surgery will be necessary.

is provera 10 mg safe to shrink post menopausal ovarian cyst?

: Provera, a progestin, will not "shrink" an ovarian cyst.  If the cyst is not "complex" on the U/S report, it does not indicate possible malignancy.  Ask your GYN physician for guidance, and he/she may recommend laparoscopic removal of the cyst and biopsy.
