i have a leg that swelled from excessive fluid . the doctor has gotten the sores to heal but there is still infection under the skin . i s there any way i can get the infection out, like some kind of cream?

: It's not entirely clear what you mean by infection "under the skin". If there is redness of the skin and tenderness to the touch, you likely have cellulitis and need antibiotic treatment. The best approach depends a lot on the cause of the "sores" you had. Applying antibiotic or other creams is not likely to help. Discuss this with your doctor. Good luck.

if i am laying on my back sometimes the outside of my thigh goes numb. is this something i need to have checked out?

Compressed nerve?: This sounds like a compressed nerve, probably near your spine. Such symptoms usually depend on body position. Do you also have back pain? See a doctor if it continues or worsens.

i have these small painful almost like pimples on my upper thigh..its a cluster of them. i squeezed them today and clear fluid came out from it.

Herpes?: This sounds very suspicious for herpes -- both clear fluid (not pus) and occurring in a cluster. Genital herpes outbreaks mostly involve the genitals, but the upper thighs, buttocks, anal area, and lower abdomen are possible -- anywhere in the "boxer shorts" area. See a doctor or clinic ASAP; herpes is much easier to accurately diagnosed when seen within a day or two of onset. Good luck!

i found out that i have a sewing need stuck in my thigh its been four years and now my leg is in pain most of the day, my knee feels like it is locked sometimes and my ankle swells up a lot when i walk i'm not sure what could be causing this pain?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Your symptoms may  not be due to a retained needle.

MULTIPLE  CAUSES: You could have a knee problem then lower thigh will also swell or a blood clot. See a doctor asap.

No: This is a normal healing process. There should be no problem for the next surgery. Just make sure your surgeon is aware of the cyst removal site.

my baby has a longer roll crease on one thigh than the other. doctor did hips test & said it was perfectly fine. is xray needed to rule out hip dysplasia?

Age ?: The common hip flex/extension test done to check for hip stability is good for  newborns &amp; up to about a month or so. After that time it is less dependable as the hip capsule firms. A hip ultrasound by a well trained observer or x-ray is more  able to completely rule out hip issues in older infants/toddlers.

on 5/21/2021 i donated plasma, after i experienced syncope in which i passed out when boarding a bus. i went to the er & was deemed "ok". got a hard lump on right thigh after &sore all over. today bot feet swelled up. ideas on why that would occur?

: Appears that you had an episode of vasovagal syncope subsequent to the donation, but this does not explain the foot swelling, which may represent edema, and the cause of this process needs a rapid and full evaluation.  See your physician ASAP.

i had hydracele fluid removed monday december 18th tuesday night i had burning and numbness in the top of both my thighs but when i got up and moved around they would feel better last night i got it again but now it is consistent moving or laying ?
