Sperm an live in the reproductive tract for several days, and ovulation itself is often delayed by stress, which makes it difficult to predict when pregnancy may occur.  See your GYN physician and ask about low dose oral contraceptives or an IUD for secure contraception.

Marijuana: Well, unless you are using medical marijuana for a problem a physician is treating you for, i would have to say no.  By keyhole surgery, I am assuming you mean laparoscopy.  Marijuana that's not government controlled may contain illegal herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals that would be extremely unsafe for you in addition to being illegal and causing jail time.
