Avoid sun damage: At your young age, the best advice to stop wrinkling is to avoid the sun's effects over time. The UVA and UVB effects are not helpful in damaging skin. Get enough sun on other parts of your body to get your Vitamin D3, wear sunblock or sunscreen daily, or hat.Eat organic foods high in nutrition, anti-oxidants, citrus, cooked greens, avoiding sugars, processed foods that cause glycation (wrinkling)

Wrinkle reduction: There are two types of products that can be helpful with wrinkle reduction, Alpha hydroxy acid creams/lotions and retinols.  These are not as strong as prescription medications but do have some benefit in improving wrinkles.  Daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen also helps prevent new wrinkles from forming.

Yes: Retinol, a form of vitamin a, is found in many otc products.  Your local pharmacist can suggest a product but l'oreal, neutrogena, and oil of olay all make nice products with retinol.  After you have a chance to try one of the products you can get stronger levels and a good skin care regimen from a dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon.
Deeper lines may require fillers or laser for more results.

i'm worried that the otc retinol serum i used only a handful of times caused a wrinkle next to my mouth. was never there before. can retinol do that?

No: This can cause red skin, dry skin, flaking skin. But not wrinkles.

i used otc clotrimazole cream on my penis and scrotum for 3 weeks. (i had itchy skin) now i have super dry, wrinkly skin. mild skin peeling. should i visit a doctor? or let the skin heal naturally?

: If you keep it clean with a mild soap it should self heal in 2-3 weeks. Application of a mild .5% Hydrocortizone cream 1x/d may speed the process,

They might be milia: Jen, the symptoms you are experiencing may or may not be related to the retinol cream you are using. Many women get tiny white cysts called milia on their chin. You can't get these out with your fingernails without scarring yourself. Please see your dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and to find out your treatment options.

is it possible to wrinkle at age 18?

Yes: Too much sun and smoking can cause wrinkles to form very young. Being very expressive with facial muscles (squinting, frowing, smiling) can cause early wrinkles to form. Also sleeping on your face can cause early lines to form.
