1kava the herb is supposed to relax you without sedation but you should not take it if you drink, have liver disease or taking meds which affect liver
2valerian is most commonly used for sleep but has sedative effect and also relieves anxiety

Not really: Kinda depends on the cause-- true cellulitis represents an infection of the skin and so needs antibiotics.  Occasionally you can improve the inflammation aspect with some otc steroid cream and oral antiinflammatory agent like ibuprofen, but really need antibiotics.  If it is a dermatitis, which some may confuse with a cellulitis, then the cream etc may suffice.

Today effective management of migraine involves three specific strategies: 1) patient education 2) non-pharmacological management (diet, sleep hygiene, acupuncture) and 3) pharmacological (triptans, topamax, (topiramate) etc) management. Treating Acid reflux: I always want to start with why you are not treating the underlying reason for your heart burn? Taking a medication daily just to suppress something that is abnormal seems good in a short period, but not good for long term.  Do you know why you have heart burn? Do you know which foods cause this to be worse? Does your physician discuss this with you?
