There are professional societies such as the american board of integrative holistic medicine, the american college for advancement in medicine & the orthomolecular health medicine society that offer excellent conferences and workshops related to orthomolecular medicine.

Depends...: The vitamins to be most cautious of are the fat soluble ones. The most important part of this approach is to work with a doctor who has knowledge and experience in this area. Ask what training they've had and how long they've been doing it. I prefer to do testing before prescribing anything. Having said that, there have been no deaths in the last 10 years from vitamins.

VIT C:  ISOM (International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine) and others have been presenting  clinical research and preliminary findings on use of Vitamin C for the prevention and treatment of COVID 19. I think that clinical trials are still in progress.

No cure: Right now there is no cure for schizophrenia.  I am not aware of any vitamins or supplements that have been helpful in controlling psychotic symptoms. From experience, I have had some patients try that route and have been unsuccessful. Perhaps one day researchers will find a cure. Until then, antipsychotic medications are the main method of treatment.

Schizophrenia: Bleuler, in his classic text on schizophrenia, spoke about the "group" of schizophrenias.  It is a diverse disease and there is no one specific symptom complex, nor to the best of my knowledge , nor is there one underlying pathology. So which schizophrenia are we treating. Again, careful diagnosis is necessary.

Integrative Medicine: There are fellowships in integrative medicine, but they're not completely online.  They generally involve a mixture of online education and live, residential sessions several times throughout the course of the fellowship.
