Ischial tuberosity: A year old fracture there is typically treated conservatively. Treat the symptoms. Rare surgery--consider ham stretch and strengthening, ultrasound, laser therapy, pt, modalities, nsaids, core exercises, purified omega, etc. If asymptomatic, no specific treatment needed.

Need to discuss: This with your surgeon. You don't state if you have any medical problems. Make sure your vitamin d levels are within normal limits.

Oh CRPS....: First obtain a second opinion, if you haven't already. Crps can be confusing to evaluate and even more  to treat. Another opinion is always helpful, more so, if the opinion is from some one who treats the condition. There are no set rules but rehab therapy, psychotherapy, medications and nerve blocks are the most common starting treatments. I hope this helps. Healthtap is here for further help.

Concerning: It is a little concerning that it is not yet healed.  Options are to give it more time, or use a bone stimulator, or consider addition of growth factors to area. The presence of callus there suggests some healing is occurring and it just may take more time.

it has been two months since i fractured my greater tuberosity in a fall. it wasn't displaced and it healed with just a sling. now that it has gotten colder i am feeling achy at the site of the break. is this normal? the condition comes and goes.

Pain: Unfortunately this can occur. One option you can discuss with your medical provider is use of acupuncture to help reduce inflammation in the area of the fracture. Take care

More likely Yes: Need more information - which bone? General rule, if it has not healed and it is creating problems for you and affecting your daily life it needs to be fixed. Surgery is big decision but if your surgeon is recommending it I will go for it.

6 weeks for fracture: If everything goes smooth, the fracture should heal in about 6 weeks.  The scapular dyskinesia could get better with 4-6 weeks of directed physical therapy.  Don't jump into aggressive pt though until the fracture heals.

it has been 16 weeks since i broke my upper humerous- avulsion fracture of the greater tuberosity, i am still experiencing pain what's going on?

See your doctor: Several possibilities. It's possible that it has not healed it that it has healed in a position that causes shoulder impingement. Your orthopedic surgeon can evaluate this with an exam and x-rays. Mri might be helpful if x-rays look ok.
