You obviously are going to great lengths to have this child, so don't do anything which might bring about the demise of your pregnancy.

Relax: Although no one has studied this scientifically (for obvious reasons), it probably does no harm at all. You might want to ask your ivf doctor what he/she thinks, but i'd forget about it for now.

Needs evaluation: Bleeding in pregnancy is common but not normal. It always requires an evaluation by your doctor. You need to confirm that you have a viable pregnancy located inside of the uterus.

No: No, there is a consistent 1% rate of ectopic pregnancy after an embryo transfer from IVF.  It has nothing to do with orgasm.  It is thought that the embryo migrates (unknown reason) and ends up implanting in your tube instead.  You didn't do anything wrong.

Not well understood.: “squirting” is controversial. Some indicate that it is a form of female ejaculation in which the fluid is propelled from para-urethral ducts during or prior to orgasm.  Others hold that it is lubricating secretions or incontinence of urine.

Meds or blockage: Many factors can cause a lack of output during ejaculation.  Medications are a common cause, especially alpha blockers (Flomax, Hytrin, (terazosin) Cardura, Rapaflo).  If you have had a TURP procedure then output can be minimal as well.  Sometimes a very large prostate or a urethral stricture (narrowing) can result in blockage and decrease semen output as well. See a urologist for an appropriate evaluation.
