Mucus discharge: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, ; even from secretory villous tumors of the rectum. At the very least stool studies ; probably a sigmoidoscopy should be considered, but a more extensive evaluation may be warranted.

Reflux & oranges: The acidity of oranges/oj can trigger reflux, especially on an empty stomach or at the end of a large meal. If eaten with other foods (non triggers), those foods may buffer the acid & prevent reflux.

Ibs: You ask good questions to which there are no specific answers.  Everyone's stool looks different.  If your stool has reddish orange swollen particles after you eat carrots, and you don't digest well, then they may be the carrots.  With IBS, there is increased transit time through the gut, so many things do not get digested properly.  It is not easier or harder to gain weight with IBS

Oily Stool: Eating a meal high in fats and grease can cause oily stools. This excess oil may excreted in the stool causing oily discharge to float in the toilet water. Try eating a more balanced diet with lean meats, low in grease and saturated fats, and high in fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Blood sugar?: Sounds like one of a few things - anxiety or dehydration ( which were cured by time) or hypoglycemia (which was cured by the sugar).   There are a few other less likely things down the list.  You should eat, sleep and exercise regularly.  If this is recurrent or you actually lose consciousness as a result of one of these episodes you might want to see someone.

An infection likely: Sounds like some sort of an infection.  It may be something simple like a no specific vaginitis infection or could be something more serious, maybe even an STD.  Best to see a doctor and have it checked.  The orange color might be blood related
