last night i noticed a brownish/orange discoloration on my fingernail beds. this morning i woke up and it was all over my hands and feet!

Discoloration: If you noted yellowish tinge in the whites of your eyes or brownish urine, jaundice may be the cause of the discoloration. Otherwise could there have been dye which came off clothing you came in contact with? A physician is best qualified to identify medical illnesses characterized by discoloration of skin.

i have on my pinkie fingertip an orange discoloration, it doesn't hurt or itch. haven't smashed my hand or frostbite ever. been there now for 2 years?

Less circulation?: Raynaud's phenomenon is a symptom caused by constriction of small blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes, leading to a lack of nutrients and oxygen going to the fingers and toes. Raynaud's phenomenon can be due to auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, medication effects, etc... A primary care, endocrinology, or rheumatology doctor can look for possible causes of the hand symptoms.

Yellow skin hands?: First consider are you using any dyes? Next Are you taking fit C/A in excess. Finally obtain liver blood profile to see if any liver issues....

You've described: Raynaud's phenomena. Ask your health care practitioner to evaluate you for other causes and recommend treatment. Obviously wearing warm gloves is advisable.

out of nowhere i have orange/rust coloring at the base of my fingers on my left hand. just two fingers. i havent eaten an excess of carrots or anything like that and its not stained. no self tanners or anything. kind of worried??

: If it's not from a dye, I would also suspect taking of vitamins, supplements or eating orange or yellow vegetables other than carrots, in your case.

Nail issue: It's quite hard to imagine the way your nails look without seeing a picture. This may be a variant of normal or it may be not but to increase the likelihood of correct advice, I'd ask for a picture of your nail in question to be uploaded, so it could be looked at.
