Dermatology: Without seeing it in person, it's really hard to give you an accurate diagnosis on what it is, but I think it's probably a god sign that it doesn't hurt or bleed or cause you many problems. I would suggest you see a dermatologist and have them take a look at it and see what they think of the discoloration and if it's something you need to worry about. Best wishes to you.
