i have oral thrush. jaundice in mouth. night sweats and poor sex drive as of late. also not really seeing good out of my right eye. also my right leg and right arm tend to go numb at some points?

No way to diagnose: The only way to evaluate your wife would be face to face.  Without having a full history, exam and lab work in front of me could not even begin to speculate about what may be going on Talk to the doctor seeing her.

i dont have hiv or diabetes and was not taking antibiotics but i developed oral thrush. my mouth has been dry though- can that cause oral thrush if i breathe through my mouth sometimes at night? can dry mouth be perimenpausal symptom?

: "Oral thrush" is a term used to describe a fungal (yeast) infection in the oral cavity (mouth/throat).  If the conditions are present for growth of what are ubiquitously available fungal organisms, an infection can occur, which has little or nothing to do with oral breathing or "dry mouth".

Mycelex (clotrimazole) Troches: Just ask your doctor/dentist for these, dissolve in mouth 5x day for 2 weeks.  Should resolve the candidiasis (thrush).

get frequent oral thrush. not on immunosupressants. my iga is low ranges from 50-60.  my igg is 650's.  low enough to cuase  infections ?

Yes.: Even people with normal Ig levels get thrush. You need to treat it, I recommend nystatin swish and swallow. You might want to get a large prescription so you have some on hand in case it comes back.

If it persists, get a KOH prep, culture, and sensitivities. Some exotic fungal species are resistant to nystatin.

Oral thrush: Typically, oral thrush has the appearance of a thick, white coating on the tongue that can be scraped off.  It may have a bit of a white cheese appearance.

Yes: Some people find scraping off excess thrush allows a quicker resolution of the problem by diminishing the load of yeast and exposing underlying germs for treatment.

Clinical Diagnosis: The diagnosis of Thrush is almost always made based on a clinical exam, with distinctive white lesions on the mouth, tongue, or cheeks. Lightly brushing the lesions away reveals a reddened, tender area that may bleed slightly. A microscopic examination of tissue from a lesion can confirm the diagnosis, but this is rarely, if ever, done.
