Low risk: The hepatitis B virus probably can be transmitted by oral sex, but only very rarely. The chance of infection from a single oral sex exposure is infinitessimal. If you are sexually acitve and not in a monogamous relationship, get vaccinated against HBV (if not already done).

: There have been few if any scientifically documented cases of HIV transmission oral to penis or by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact), so you were not at risk. Your HIV blood test is conclusively negative, and your other tests are conclusive as well. You had a safe exposure and were not infected with any of the infections for which you were tested.

Yes: Hepatitis B is on of the sexually transmitted infections, Hepatitis C is also possible but maybe less likely.

Littie if any risk: Oral sex is safe sex -- not entirely risk free, but far lower chance of any STD than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. And the risk is zero, or close to it, for HIV, even if there really was blood in your partner's mouth. I do not recommend testing for HIV, hepatitis, or anything else.

: Life is not conclusive. That is a reasonable test battery with good reliability, however, it answered the question "what do you have" at the time of the test. If you engaged in high-risk activities, even with protection, then you may want to retest after about six weeks. You might also want to consider your personal choice in partners to reduce the level of risk. Be safe and be well.

See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and get tested for various STDs.

Not that easy: Hepatitis b is very contagious - much more contagious than aids.  That said, it is very unlikely to transmit it via kissing.  To transmit it via oral sex, semen would have to be ejaculated into the recipient's mouth, or blood would have to enter the mouth or skin.
