it can be due to lip licking, B12 deficiency, smoking, overexposure to sun or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Take some B12 supplements and avoid lip licking.Apply a good lip balm and sunscreens with spf 30  1/2 half an hour before going out in sun.

If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.Bacterial and fungal infect.

I would be....: I would be concerned only if they last! many possible causes, but most would not be severe! if they last more than two weeks, see your doctor. If transmitted during oral sex, herpes and hpv are most likely!

Most likely-: Most likely unrelated. Can be several things, but the fact it appeared quickly and is bilateral, makes infection less likely.  However, if it does not go away soon, see your doctor!

: This is very unlikely to be herpes, but herpes outbreaks can have atypical appearances. If it lasts more than a few days without change in appearance or clearing up entirely, for sure it isn't herpes.

Spots: A white, red or dark spot that does not heal in a couple of weeks is suspicious of oral cancer and should be checked. There may not be any pain associated  with the spot.  If you have anything that you are concerned about see a dentist or oral surgeon to get checked.

: Sores at the corner of the mouth usually are due to angular cheilitis, not herpes. But even if herpes, vigorous and repeated wiping would markedly reduce the risk, probably nearly to zero. (The much higher risk in shared vaping equipment is for colds, flu, and COVID.)

Friction, drying: I assume you mean after oral sex you find cracks in the corners of your mouth. It's not serious, in all likelihood. There is a small chance that you have a sexually transmitted disease on your lips, and that requires treatment. But more likely is that the friction and motion of the sex act, plus perhaps the drying quality of genital secretions on your lips, combine to cause the cracking. Lubricate.

Dermatologist: Consult a dermatologist who will evaluate your hair loss and determine whether it's the temoorary( alopecia areata) or permanent, genetic type or whether there is any scalp pathology. Any appropriate testing will also be done.
