Find Origin: This is too braod a question.  Where is the pain, how long have you had it, what helps, what makes it worse.  Always my answer is tofind the source and treat as conservatively as possible.  Rarely do pain pills help.  They mask the pain but usually do not effect a cure. Anti inflams or anti spasmodics can help in the short term.  Answer is to find a reputable md.

Se below.: Less than 30% of your total caloric intake - so about 600 kcal max.  If there are 9 kcal/g fat. This turns out to be about 65 grams fat/day.  Avoid trans and saturated fats.See below.

Several: It really depends on the areas involved and the severity of that involvement. Limited disease can often be treated with Methotrexate with or without low dose prednisone. For more significant disease Rituxan (rituximab) is very helpful. Major kidney or neurologic involvement may require initial treatment with Cytoxan or similar agents.

Need more info: What specifically are you asking when you say options?  You can elect to have a c-section without trying to deliver vaginally (not that i think that is the best thing).

Many: Need willing & understanding partner. Ss for non-disabled, sex should primarily be  matter of intimacy with feelings of closeness & wanting to provide mutual pleasure including kissing & stroking. Options vary according to disability, ie paraplegic, male or female needs to be under partner & lying on back for intercourse if male. See movie 'the sessions' w helen hunt. Consider seeing sex counselor.

MY OPINION ONLY: NO!!  Like many "brain foods" there are NO SCIENTIFICALLY BASED medical studies showing any benefit from this or any other "focus improving" dietary supplements!
