What options are there for sex with disabilities?

Many: Need willing & understanding partner. Ss for non-disabled, sex should primarily be matter of intimacy with feelings of closeness & wanting to provide mutual pleasure including kissing & stroking. Options vary according to disability, ie paraplegic, male or female needs to be under partner & lying on back for intercourse if male. See movie 'the sessions' w helen hunt.
