Tendonitis: In the absence of ear pain or hearing loss, the most likely cause of pain behind the ear is tendonitis of the scm muscle which attaches to the mastoid tip.  Hear and analgesic should help.

Dermatologist: This crease behind your ear is a classical site for seborrheic keratitis.  This a skin condition which can be treated with careful cleansing of the skin followed by a small amount of topical cortisone.  If these measures do not help, i would advise seeing a dermatologist.

Depending : Depending on the location behind your ear, two possibilities could be an enlarged lymph node (although this shouldn't turn red) or a cyst. If it becomes large, hot, on has purulent drainage you may need to get it assessed for infection.

No.: A knot or lump in that area is probably an enlarged lymph node.  Lymph nodes enlarge due to infection/inflammation typically.  I only worry about cancer if nodes continue to grow over time.  If it does not go away on its own within 2-4 more weeks, see a physician.  But, otherwise i wouldn't worry about it.

Tension: Could be muscle tension from the bag transmitted to that area, however given the location. Near the temple you need to see your doctor to rule out a potentially dangerous condition called temporal arteries which can affect your vision.  If left untreated can cause blindness on the side which is irreversible.

ER trip maybe.: This blow has affected your spelling. If it is affecting vision, balance, sensation, strength or speech; or if pain is increasing you need an exam and possibly a brain scan. External bruising is not a reflection of internal (brain) injury. Neurologic symptoms are.

Neck: Could be muscle spasm, a nerve pain from the neck nerves, muscle inflammation. Start with warm compresses every three to four hours, restrict exercise or lifting, but do check it out with your doctor
