Could be: that HCG level s=can bee seen at 5-6 weeks and is somewhat variable.  At this stage only a gestational and yolk sac may be seen.  You may want to get another US in a couple weeks to see how the pregnancy is progressing.

had ultrasound on 6 weeks , among three embryos, fetal pole, yolk sac is present in all, but heartbeat is seen in one only. is there any complication.

recheck ultrasound in 1 week to see if others have heartbeat.

after my ivf transfer (1 pgs normal embryo) i had an early scan at 5w4d, but gestational sac was measuring only 5.4mm with no yolk sac or fetal pole. im going back one week later when i will be 6w5d, so what should i expect to see? will i miscarry?

Miscarriage: if at your next ultrasound there is still not evidence of a fetus, the gestational sac may also have started reabsorbing. The "miscarriage" may be just a slightly heavier period.

just had an ultrasound at 6wks/2dys twin sacs very close together. i've a very tilted uterus. a yolk sac was seen in one but no fetal pole/hb. viable?

Twin sacs: You will need to have a few more scans over the coming weeks. It is possible that it was too early to see the fetus/heartbeat of both or either twin. Further scans will help see whether it is a miscarriage or not. It is not uncommon to see twin sacs early, but only one living baby later on. One twin can not develop ( it dies and is resorbed ) while the second twin does well with no problem at all.

i went for a scan at 7 weeks and 1 day baby was seen but yolk sac was very tiny should i be worried ?

Probably not: At 7 weeks, seeing the baby and seeing a heartbeat is the biggest thing. Truthfully there isn't much else. If the ultrasonographer and your doc aren't impressed, then i wouldn't worry. If you are concerned, raise the concern, and they can discuss what a normal yolk sac looks like, and what issues you may be worried about.

expecting via surrogate (her age 25 & lmp 17 march). 3 day fet (2 embryos) on 1 april. 15 april test positive + hcg 652.65, 19 april 1841.5 (1 ges sac seen), 22 april 4150.2 & 29 april 3392.6 (1 yolk sac seen). next scan 3 may. pls advise am worried?

: Embryo transfer is not a guarantee of pregnancy continuing, and the "April 22" HCG level of "4150", followed by successive levels declining is not a good sign for persistence of pregnancy.  If the May HCG is appropriately elevated (well above "4150") the pregnancy may continue.
