i have a bump on my right testicle skin,it's painless and is a bit bigger than a pimple, tried popping it by squeezing but it did pain but i never tried with a sharp object to pop it. what is this condition,how to deal with i and should i be worried?

: If on the skin then it is a boil or a sebaceous cyst neither of which you shouldpop but see your doc or a Urologost. In the meantime keep area clean with soap and water

i felt a popping feeling around my testicles / groin 2 days ago while weight lifting with no pain. now, my left testicle feels a bit heavy and im rather nauseous. slightly painful but not really. i also feel some lumps that are not on my right?

Accepted Answer

Yes: As long as the single testis is making healthy sperm, one will do quite well. The other issue is why just one. If a proper workup has not been done, it is important he other testis should be looked for. If it is in the abdomen it can become cancerous and be too far along to save the patient.

sudden pain in left testicle in midnight. after one day the pain reduced a lot, but is still there. the pain is above left testicle, what should i do?

Get PE and U/S: This could potentially be a problem, but you would not know unless you have a physical exam and an ultrasound of the testicle. You should be seen by someone soon so they can determine the cause. You can follow up with you primary care provider.

Sometimes yes: The connection of varicocele and male sub-fertility is not entirely consistent: though some men with sub-fertility are helped by varicocele repair, a majority of men with varicocele never have  fertility problems. Expert groups of urologists and res often disagree on specifics, so for a less general answer i recommend getting a in-person evaluation with an expert you trust.

if you lose one testicle, can you still make both boy babies and girl babies?

Yes you can: Sex of a baby is determined by the sperm. 50% of a man's sperm carry a y chromosome, which after fertilization will result in boy, and likewise 59% carry an x chromosome which will result in a girl. Most men with a single testicle are quite fertile. Good luck.

: The undescended testicle is unlikely to move down to scrotal sac after 6 months of age.  If his undescended one is still in inguinal canal, it has to be brought down by a surgery to preserve the reproductive function.  However, undescended one is inside abdominal cavity, it has to be brought out and be placed inside scrotal sac for cosmetic purpose and for easier observation of malignant change.

Normal finding: Part of hydrocele always remains after hydrocele surgery. Fluid is drained &amp; hydrocele sac is inverted &amp; sewn together behind testis (Bottle procedure); some surgeons roll up hydrocele sac (Lord procedure). In both cases testicle will remain larger than other side &amp; may slowly diminish in size with time. This explains why your post surgery testis does not trans-illuminate. Don't be concerned.

: Hypogonadism can be diagnosed by exam, specifically testicular size and secondary sexual characteristics,  hormone tests, and imaging. Symptoms would have included delay in puberty (low muscle mass, no deep voice, no hair distribution), and in adulthood ED, infertility,  breast tissue, fatigue, low libido, difficulty concentrating, and hot flashes.

m-46. ever since i jumped from a height when i was 10 years old, i saw that one of my testicles became big. the size is still big. how to reduce it?

See a urologist: 36 years of enlargement is not likely a serious problem. One common cause is hydrocele.  This condition is due to fluid around the testis and can be surgically treated by a urologist.  Get examined
