Draining lesion: You may have an abscess or perianal fistula near your perineal body which is draining fluid. The best course of action is to visit a general surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery for a history and physical exam in person.

i have abnormalities w/ left testicle that i want seen. i cannot go to their office at this time so i want a virtual visit. abnormalities are easily visible so is it inappropriate to email pictures of the area prior to meeting? ill go when i can irl?

In person exam: Unfortunately, evaluation of testicular abnormalities need to be assessed in person. The texture, thickness and mobility of the abnormality, as well as its proximity or connection to other structures will give the examining Dr much information and allow for an accurate diagnosis. This cannot be done adequately on a video exam. Typically imaging (ultrasound) is also done.

i feel some minor pain in my right testicle. i got examined by a doctor but he told me that everything was fine so he asked me to do an ultra sound image to be sure and found no problems but i still feel pain what could be the problem?

: glad ultra sound is normal. That rules out anything serious. Try wearing a good scrotal support. When you feel the pain change the position of your testicle in the support. I think you will be just fine.

right testicle has a vein-like structure. the urologist said it was fine; said it is more than likely an enlarged palpable vein. my question is can a single vein be literally on the testicle itself? is this ok?

i have been getting sudden testicle pain. it hurts when i move and touch them. im 16 years old and very healthy. i went to the hospital 2 times and took an pic and he said everything is normal. what could this be?

: I am unclear what taking a pic means in this case?  Did you show a picture to someone in the hospital? Did you get examined? Usually, testicle pain is an infection, but it can be a testicle torsion which is concerning. We need more details to help. Please see a doctor

im having sudden sharp and stabbing testicle pain. it has been going for a week now. im a healthy 18 years old. the doctor took an image to see if there is any torsion and he said everything is normal. what could this be?

: Pain persists for one week sounds concern. At least, you already had the ultrasound, I assume, done so torsion was ruled out. 
Did the doctor do a thorough exam on the affected testicle? Do you feel anything when you palpate your scrotum and do you have any constitutional symptom such as fever or chill ...?
Sometimes, pain at the genital area could be a referred pain from the upper urinary tract.

after going to the gym every day and running my right testicle hurts. it stops in a minute after rest. and now it hurts for several months i went to er they took a pics but nothing wrong.no varicocele or anything. cant see urologist with my insuranc?

Testicle pain: Would recommend wearing a scrotal support before going to the gym, see if that helps. Also get checked for inguinal hernia, sometimes even mild hernias can pain radiating down into the scrotum.

Don't know?: An enlarged testicle could be a serious thing.  How long has it been that way?  Any trauma or recent illness.  How old are you?  Is the testicle tender or does it feel irregular (not smoothe)?  You should see your pcp or a urologist as soon as possible and have it checked out.  You may need an ultrasound and some lab testing after a physical exam of hte testicle.  Please get checked!

Get it checked. : Diabetes does not cause swelling directly, but can predispose you to a number of conditions that could lead to scrotal swelling. Infections of a testicle or epididymis can cause warm, tender swelling on one side. Kidney damage, or diabetic nephropathy can lead to scrotal edema. If you have swelling of the scrotum, or feel new asymmetry between the testes, get checked by your physician.
