Blood in urine. : A single finding needs to be repeated for confirmation. There are many benign as well as pathological conditions that could cause micro hematuria. I would repeat  the urine test and go from there for a more extensive work up, if again positive.

Blood in urine: Blood in urine may be due to stones, infection, cysts, mass, autoimmune diseases. So it could be any of them. Consult your physician to exclude anything major and make a final diagnosis

You : You need to see your primary care provider or visit your local urgent care center. Persistent heavy vaginal bleeding needs to be worked up. You could be having a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, fibroids, etc. Also you are at risk for anemia.

Plavix and tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetamenophen) are two totally different medications.  Assuming your friend is otherwise healthy without a significant drinking history, taking a mildly excessive amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) one time probably will not hurt her.  However, she should abstain from tylenol (acetaminophen) containing products for the rest of the day.

Blood?in stools: Assuming you're talking about red blood in your stools, it's a symptom that should be investigated by a physician or gastroenterologist. Possibilities include hemorrhoids, growths in the large intestine, diverticulosis, inflammatory bowel disease. invasive infection of the colon appears unlikely.

Not really: It only matters if your blood test is supposed to be a fasting blood test.  It's tough to go all day long with nothing but water before your blood draw.
