my hands have been peeling none stop and they feel raw  very sensitive to heat no matter how much lotion i use it comes back? what could this be from?

Hands: You need to see a dermatologist, sometimes this is from frequent washing, but it can also be from contact dermatitis or of on the palms from psoriasis.

i get red spots only on right hand?  not itchy, sensitive to heat, comes and goes, no bumps or scabing, just red spots. what could this be?

Eczema: One of the most common conditions of the hand is eczema.  This is a dry skin condition.  Use good moisturizing cream like Aveeno (oatmeal) and you can use an over the counter steroid cream when it flares.  You can use the steroid cream for five days in a row.  Do not use the steroid continuously to prevent side effects.

i get red, inflamed bumps on the back of my hand a little bit whenever my hands heat up in a in closed space (ex: gloves or under my blanket). they dont itch, become very sensitive to heat before. i use lotion often, but this only happens in winter?

Or contact dermatitis

i was just prescribed an epi pen for sudden allergic reactions. is it safe to keep one in my car since they're sensitive to heat and cold?

Not safe in car: Epipen (epinephrine) is the most expensive medication you'll never use. I say that because its only used in the event of an unexpected severe allergic reaction and thankfully with awareness & avoidance that should be a rare event. Storing Epipen (epinephrine) in your car shortens its useful life. That increases cost & increases the chance that when you need it, it won't work because heat has degraded the medication.

had retreatment of two root canals...having heat sensitivity with one of the molars treated-shouldn't tooth be "dead" now, not sensitive?

You are right.: With any root canal treatment, especially a retreatment, there is no nerve remaining that can feel hot or cold sensitivity. There must be something else going on. You should have the surrounding teeth evaluated by your dentist.

Several things: Hot and cold sensitivity can come from several problems. A hole in the tooth , a cracked tooth , a defective filling, a root that is exposed  from gum recession are the most common. Have  your dentist check it out. It won't go away and it becomes a more expensive to fix later!

Only heat?: Sensitivity to heat is sometimes an indication that a nerve is dead or dying. Being sensitive to hot and cold is very common and can be due to gum recession/exposed root structure, overly aggressive brushing, decay, leaking restorations. But since you said heat only, does it linger for a period of time? In any case, have your dentist check the area to see that there isn't a problem brewing.

Sometimes: Sensitivity to heat may or may not be an indication for the need for root canal therapy. Determining whether or not you require rct is more complicated than merely based upon that one symptom. Your dentist can examine you and determine what treatment is appropriate.
