See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.   Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.

See pain management: specialist. Some continuous neuropathic pains are also maintained by the sympathetic nervous system and are designated as sympathetically maintained pain (SMP). The mechanism of SMP is unclear and several hypotheses have been offered. The most accepted theory that when peripheral nerves are damaged, alpha 1 (and possibly alpha 2) receptors may be up-regulated on afferent (sensory) neurons.

after getting the covid shot one experienced waves of cold sensation in the arm. these waves of cold incorporated the whole arm and deep in the vein( as if all the blood cells died) would be cause concern? what would cause this?

: Most side effects of Covid vaccination subside in a day or two. If you still have symptoms more than two days after the shot, it would prudent to see a doctor as your symptoms may be due to an unrelated issue.

hi - i am 34 and been having random patchy goosebumps appear on my left thigh that come and go. i am not cold when they appear and its local to one spot on my leg. every now and again i will get them on my arm. what is the cause for this?

: Thinking it may be due to cold or warm or stress  Keep a goosebump diary to see if you can track it down. Like food drink stress meds.  Then share with your doctor and the two of you can figure it out.

See a doctor: Tell him about these symptoms. Could be a congenital or new problem with aorta, the big artery that leaves your heart. It could also be something else. You won't know unless it's worked up by a doctor.

my 2 year old started with a fever yesterday afternoon. no other symptoms aside from fever, being cold and sensitive body/skin.. the ear thermometer says 36.5, under the arm thermometer says 38.5... not sure if the ear one is broken ?

: While that temperature is considered a very low grade fever, it is not by any means  dangerous.  Your body makes a temperature to fight off germs, both bacteria and virus, that cause infections.  The fever actually helps your immune system work better.  Keep your child well hydrated, as a temperature causes you to need more fluids. See doc in next few days if fever doesn't go away or other symptom

No: You have inflammation in your cells damaging dna resulting in positive ana. You need to have an evaluation of potential causes: excess sugar, food sensitivities, yeast overgrowth, metal and dye toxicities.

Dermatologist: Has a biopsy been done? Seek another physician or dermatologist. This may be a case of childhood eczema. If you can't get a definitive diagnosis in your home town, consult a dermatologist at the nearest university hospital.
