You : You need to be seen by a gynecologist.  While spotting can occur during a completely normal pregnancy (from when the placenta imbeds into the uterus), you need to be checked to be sure you don't have a tubal pregnancy or problem with this pregnancy.  Please call your gynecologist.  If you had heavier bleeding, pain, or felt light-headed, then you would have to be seen immediately.

Uncertain: what was the sequence of these tests?  If the last 2 are negative, it is negative.  if the last one was positive, positive.  In pregancy the HCG goes up;, if there is a blighted ovum the HCG goes down

Type of test: Home pregnancy test should be done 4-5 days after a missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. A blood test could be done as soon as one day after a missed period, but you need to see your doctor for that.

Do: Did you have unprotected sex? Did you miss a period? If yes to both, it would be useful to re do the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
