No,: Collapsed lung  usually develops after lung tissue gets damaged  and form Bullae (or bubbles). Cigarette  smoking and genetics can cause these bullae.

i am 19 years old. i had done my ct scan and found that i have bilateral resuidal belbs on lungs which can cause pneumothorax. and i feel little shortness of breath. so how can i reduce those resuidal belbs on lungs. please suggest me best medication?

: The only way to remove blebs is surgically. However, if the blebs have already been removed, then what is left would likely not be enough to cause a pneumothorax. The doctor who knows that for sure is the surgeon who removed your blebs. You should see that doctor to be certain there is not enough blebs left to cause a pneumothorax. So, see your surgeon for a follow up visit. Good luck!

: There are multiple choices for pain control depending on the source and danger to the patient. A common one used with the severe pain of cancer patient has the side effect of reducing respiratory drive. Give too much and they stop breathing. In many places that is viewed as assisted suicide. Some basics: Hyperinflation is a description not a diagnosis. It is seen on chest x-ray of an asthmatic whose lungs have trapped some air during a symptomatic period. It self resolves as symptoms improve. It has little to do with the cited symptoms. They are more likely diet or digestive system issues. Please discuss this with your doc &amp; start a food diary so you can identify what aggrivates the symptoms.

See below: Unable to give specific advise without more information, but pain in the posterior chest with movement of your chest wall is often due to a temporary neuralgia presumably from a "pinched nerve" resulting from some activity or sleeping in an uncomfortable position. NSAIDS like ibuprofen may help, but if not gabapentin(Neurontin) or pregabalin(Lyrica) will usually work. Consult with your physician.

Unlikely: Domperidone can potentially have the side effect of causing an arrhythmia which you may have detected as "chest flutters".  I would advise that you avoid the medication in the future and let you physician know about the side effect that you had.  That being said, it is very unlikely that any permanent damage was caused by what sounds to be a transient response.  Again, avoid use in the future!

See below: Chest pain is very rarely reported by those taking vistaril, (hydroxyzine) an antihistamine used for allergies, anxiety, insomnia. Definitely follow up with your doc concerning this symptom. Make sure u tell doc all the meds & supplements u are taking as the chest pain may come from a drug interaction. If chest pain is severe & lasting, call ambulance to go to er for evaluation.
