my wife and i ate raw garlic in olive oil oil on fries last night and got sick vomiting and diarreha middle of night she's breastfeeding too botulism?

Not botulism: This is not botulism, likely some form of food poisoning.  and perhaps not due to the fries and raw garlic.  Unless the garlic was rotten. 
Botulism requires food being in an environment where there is oxygen.
If this goes on for the next day, then I would recommend you visit your doctor. or if you want you could have us order some simple labs.

i consume exactly 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per day, and it is my only source of fat. would a total of 8 grams of saturated fat from just the olive oil be too much saturated fat per day?

10 grms is ok: No about 10 gms of saturated fat is ok per day and about 30 gms of polyunsaturated fat per day.

i have a normal digestion system, i would go at least twice to the toilet, but few days ago it just got complicated,three days in a row i had no digestion and i drink one tbl spoon of olive oil and it helped but after that same problem...

Sounds confusing but: If asking about constipation, each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber-with-water, polyethylene glycol, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and help too.

Hmm?: Some people use garlic - olive oil mix for colds (I don't know if it is helpful) but I can't find any literature on use of olive oil (solo) for upper respiratory infections.

Good for cooking: Heating olive oil is only hazardous if it catches fire or causes burns. Olive oil is basis of most italian and other mediterranean cooking and thought to contribute toward good health of those who consume it.

Why?: Why do you want to gain weight? And do you want to gain muscle weight or body fat? Eat a sensible balanced diet, exercise moderately, and do not worry about your weight.

Yes: Replacing butter with olive oil is a good choice. You can also moisten baked goods -- i assume that's in the parfait -- with applesauce or whipped ripe bananas to lower fat.
