: It could be from the trauma of instrumentation. Best to call your Urologist. In the meantime plenty of water should help

Any pain?: Blood in the urine without any pain or discomfort is concerning for bladder cancer. Urinary tract infections can cause some blood in the urine but would be associated with itching, burning, frequency of urination and usually pain.

Kidney stone: It sounds like you may have a kidney stone, especially with the flank pain. Sometimes, it is blood tinged because the blood gets diluted with urine so you may not see it when you wipe. I suggest seeing your doctor or going to a clinic for a urine test to be sure.

: Blood in the urine requires testing to find the cause/source of bleeding.
The hormonal medicine(Ryeqo) does not cause any such bleeding. So there may be some other reason for your bleeding in the urine. You should go see your PCP/Gynecologist and get further testing of your Urinary tract(Bladder/kidneys) to make sure there is not something hiding and causing you to have the bleeding.

Hematuria: If you don't have a UTI with blood, you need to see a urologist. Hematuria (h) is a symptom, not a diagnosis. It could be coming from your kidney, your bladder. You  need to have various tests to diagnose the cause. A renal ultrasound,  an intravenous pyelogram and if these do not give you the cause, a cystoscopy where the urologist looks at your bladder is needed.

Prevent stones !: The  rational solution is to prevent the stones. Most common is calcium oxalate, followed by uric acid, and then cysteine. There are others. There are treatments to decrease to level of the offending substance causing stones.  Any other approach is moot!

No,: Hernias are not associated with hematuria.  You and your doctor should look for another cause for this bleeding, such as infection, stones, or neoplasm.

Hematuria causes: Cirrhosis does not cause hematuria (h). H is a symptom, not a diagnosis. It could be coming from your kidney, or your bladder. You  need to have various tests to diagnose the cause. A renal ultrasound,  an intravenous pyelogram and if these do not give you the cause, a cystoscopy where a urologist looks at your bladder. I doubt that you have a UTI and you need a urine culture to see if you do.
