Need more info: It is imperative that you return to the surgeon for an examination. There are several side effects of having had a breast augmentation and you may be experiencing one of them and the surgeon should be made aware of that.

Nipple piercing: It could just be the blood. Please apply ice pack to the affected area. If the symptoms persist, then please consult with your doctor immediately.

i also advise you take a purified fish oil rich in dha, which often helps dry skin and is very important for development of your baby's eyes and nervous system.

Galactorrhea, Zoloft (sertraline): I understand your concern.
Zoloft is for Depression and Anxiety; Xanax (alprazolam) is for Anxiety.
Zoloft may cause Galactorrhea, a milky nipple discharge unrelated to the normal milk production of breast-feeding which may show as spots described by you.
It may also be due to excessive breast stimulation ,Birth control pills,  Cocaine use .
